Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!!!
One thing I am learning about chalkboard drawing is that sometimes it *IS* an exact science. I did this freehand without a ruler, which I think I will rectify next time. I do like the free-form casual-ness of these snowflakes, but at the same time would like a more geometrical design next time around. Still, I am finding a more intuitive feeling about shading coming along slowly. My mantra is that I won't get better unless I practice, so my kids get to be
the willing guinea-pigs
to my chalkboard drawing practice!
