Making cookies is one of my favorite holiday traditions!
The finished result is delicious!
I found the amazing recipe here. Basically it is very similar to a gingerbread cookie, except it is made with maple syrup instead of molasses. They are surprisingly soft inside with a slightly crunchy outside.
