I find myself in the position of editing/deleting the vent I posted an hour ago. I realize that I cannot suggest how anyone 'should' parent. I will simply say this today: Please, parents....consider how important that first year of life is. Consider that your children want to be near you as much as possible. Consider that their needs probably should come before your own most of the time.
