The Table is set for today's math lesson with friends
Today's Monday Math Mayhem (OK, so the name needs a little work?): teams of 2 will compete at the first two stations to see who can match 10 fraction cards to their fraction pie tiles first. The tiles and cards are of two different difficulties, so the younger children will work with the easier set, and the older children will be expected to successfully use the harder set.
At the 3rd station, staying in groups of 2, the teams will roll to make a 3-digit number, and then must roll the smaller dice to add/subtract/multiply/divide them to create the exact same number. The younger team will not create numbers higher than 300, whereas the older children will have no upper limits.
