Snow Cream: Ice Cream made from snow!
First we gathered our materials
Then we headed outside to get some snow
We scooped 8 (very heaping at times) cups of snow into our pot
Here's the pot full of snow
Add in a cup of cream (we used regular milk)
Then add about 1/3 cup of sugar
Add a tsp (ish) of vanilla
Stir....
....and stir some more!

Voila! Eat it quickly, before it starts to melt and become slushy (spoiler alert: in my opinion, it's still yummy even when it starts getting a bit slushy)
