First I sketched out what I wanted to paint....
Then I began to paint!

We begin our first block of saints tomorrow morning, and the first saint on our list is St. Francis. I'll read one of the St. Francis stories that I have set aside. I'd like to have my son then depict some items in the story by using modelling beeswax, but the modelling beeswax order I placed has yet to arrive. Maybe we'll get lucky and it will arrive tomorrow!
